AUGUST

11 - Program - Back to School - Do you have questions? We have a panel of experienced quilters with answers! Come enjoy and learn from a group of quilters who have been through the school of hard knocks and learned some things along the way! Experience is a great teacher, so come and learn things you have always wanted to know, but might have been afraid to ask. For instance, do you know the best way to baste a quilt, or what thread is best for hand applique', or how to start learning to machine quilt? Come hear about techniques for these and many other common quilt questions. You may be surprised at what you hear!

SEPTEMBER

8 - Program - Bag Sale...Silent Auction - Bring a sealed Bag, (Large Brown, Tote Bag, Shopping Bag) filled with SEWING IMPLEMENTS, FABRICS, THREADS, BOOKS, PATTERNS, etc. You all have them, stuff that was wonderful when you got it, and now you've moved on, or changed your mind. Fill a Bag or several and bring them to the Sale! All the proceeds go to the Guild to fund future events that benefit the entire Guild. This has always been a lot of fun. Come, stake out your choice and bid for the right to discover what's inside. We will also have the Folks from the "Rabbits Lair" as Vendors. What a wonderful opportunity to get rid of some of the old stuff to make room for some new!
